Will at Paw's Plumbing sent out a technician within a couple of hours of my call. I have a Rheem water heater with the burn unit and combustion control valve needing replacement. Rheem had sent me the parts under warranty. Eric Myatt came in, evaluated, gave a very reasonable quote and a job time of approximately one hour. Other companies quoted much higher and if a job time of 2-3 hours. The job was done professionally and competently. I had hot water again after about twenty minutes. So, I am very pleased with the job Eric did and Paw's response time.
