Rheem had sent me the parts under warranty. Eric Myatt came in, evaluated, gave a very reasonable quote and a job time of approximately one hour. Other companies quoted much higher and if a job time of 2-3 hours. The job was done professionally and competently. I had hot water again after about twenty minutes.
