Not sure if your home needs repiping? Here are the most common indicators.
Before we recommend any repair, we run a camera through your sewer line. You see exactly what we see — the location of the blockage or damage, and why we are recommending the solution we are. No guessing, no unnecessary upsells.
We rebuild your sewer line from the inside through one or two small access points, either curing a new pipe lining in place or pulling a new pipe through the old path. Your yard, driveway, and landscaping stay intact.
Best for: Cracked, corroded, or root-damaged lines where you want to avoid tearing up the property.
Benefit / tradeoff: Minimal disruption and a faster turnaround than full excavation. It carries a higher upfront cost and needs the existing line to be accessible and in repairable shape.
High-pressure water blasts away grease, scale, roots, and years of buildup, scouring the pipe walls back to full diameter. It cleans the line rather than just punching a hole through the clog, so flow comes back fast and stays clear longer.
Best for: Recurring clogs, slow drains, grease and root buildup in pipes that are still structurally sound.
Benefit / tradeoff: The most thorough cleaning available and no digging. It clears blockages but does not repair cracked or collapsed pipe, so badly damaged lines still need a repair method.
We excavate down to the damaged section and replace it directly. When a line is collapsed, severely offset, or beyond what a lining can fix, digging gives us full access to set the new pipe right.
Best for: Collapsed pipes, major breaks, or sections that have shifted out of alignment.
Benefit / tradeoff: The most direct fix for severe damage, and often the lowest material cost. It involves digging and yard restoration, so plan for more cleanup afterward.

EXCELLENT Based on 407 reviews Posted on Google ThistlefinchTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Plumbing issues are always stressful. Jonathan and Billy replaced our shower valve and made light work of it. Additionally, they are excellent conversationalists! What a pleasant experience opening our home to them. Well done Paws Plumbing!Posted on Google Josh SullivanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Made what I thought was a catastrophe into a quick and easy repair. So grateful for them to have customer service support who understood the urgency and sent out a team who was extremely knowledgeable and had all the supplies with them. This experience is worth it and I found the pricing a good value for the high level of service and expertise of the licensed plumbers onsite. Michael, the lead is the BEST. Thank you to PAWS for a job well done!!! Would give 10 stars!Posted on Google Nicholas BrunoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve used Paws for multiple things in the condo from kitchen problems to two toilet installations. By far one of the most honest and up front companies I’ve used and the only people I will use for all things plumbing related. Great customer service when you call and the service techs are always just great guys who make sure you understand everything. We had Jonathan in the house today and like the others, 100% professional and nice to work with.Posted on Google Dominique O'BrienTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
